4-star luxury hospitality/hotel facility with 49 bedrooms (2 Suites in the historic dwelling, 27 Junior Suites in the hotel unit, and 20 Junior Suites in the building named Baglio Siciliano, sleeping a total of 162.

Unit "A": Historic eighteenth-century dwelling (2,300.00 m2)

  • Library, Sala della Pigiatura, Palmento; boasting historical volumes and documents; the library will also host cultural events. The Villa’s 2 elegant SUITES are also located here.
  • 5 Museum - Restaurant/multi-purpose rooms, piano nobile, named "Sala del Buon Appetito," "Sala Visi di Donne," "Sala delle Arti e della Cultura," "Sala Biliardo," and "Sala dei Fumatori." Room type: frescoed and with bas relief plaster, 1700-1800 historical period: accommodate 200;
